The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. the double room was cozy with air conditioning, heating, and a pristine private bathroom complete with a relaxing bath and a hairdryer. The staff at Ski Mountain Lodge were exceptional hosts, friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the surrounding area was beautiful, with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg for some outdoor fun. the property's proximity to attractions like Dolly Parton's Stampede and the Grand Majestic Theater was a bonus. We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious quadruple room that had heating and a well-maintained private bathroom. the TV provided entertainment after a day of exploring, and the free WiFi kept us connected. Overall, Ski Mountain Lodge provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, perfect for families and adventurers alike. We can't wait to return!
